Is this course suitable if I have lost my English foundation?

It may fit if you studied English before but have forgotten much of it, or if you still recognise a few basic words, numbers, and sentences. If you do not yet recognise this basic language, Englishehe will discuss a more suitable starting point with you.

Yes. The teacher speaks slowly and clearly, can repeat, and can use images or context. Two-way translated chat helps both sides clarify messages when needed.

How are the lessons delivered?

You learn live online one-to-one with a teacher for 30 minutes per session. These are not prerecorded videos, and you can join from a computer or phone.

What happens if I am busy or the lesson has technical problems?

You receive a make-up lesson when you give at least one hour of notice. You also receive a make-up lesson if technical issues prevent more than 8 minutes of actual learning in one session.
