In this stage, the focus is on workplace communication and office environment. You will learn how to introduce yourself and your job, use basic structures with the verb "to be," and practice communication via phone and email. The content includes introducing a company, placing orders, and vocabulary related to food, drinks, and activities within a company.

This stage covers using technology in the office and related verbs. You will learn about possessive adjectives, possessive forms, and demonstratives like "this/that/these/those." The content also includes transportation, simple past tense structures, arranging meetings, and how technology is used in the workplace.

This stage focuses on skills related to documents, correspondence, and using the simple past tense with the verb "to be" and irregular verbs. You will learn how to apologize, solve problems, and talk about money. The content includes using social media, describing business trips, and arranging appointments.

This stage focuses on analyzing and comparing different types of businesses, making decisions, and working in teams. You will learn how to discuss prices, manage work during business trips, and respond to news. The content includes business planning, handling challenges at work, and improvisational communication in the office environment.

This stage focuses on describing companies, products, and services, and how to make a good impression during first meetings. You will learn how to ask for information to be repeated, describe job roles and relationships, and handle making and receiving calls. The content includes market research reports, expressing interest, and confirming information in the workplace.

This stage focuses on customer service, including comparing services, using polite language, and handling complaints. You will learn how to provide customer care, recruit staff, and conduct interviews. The content also covers evaluating options, working remotely, and managing customer journeys. Skills such as asking for directions, scheduling appointments, and cultural awareness during business trips will also be reviewed.

5 months

This stage focuses on logistics and delivery, including addressing delivery issues and using the passive voice. You will discuss payment terms, make offers, and compare payment methods. The content also includes advertising, managing debates in meetings, and interrupting appropriately. Skills such as formal presentations, motivating others, and welcoming guests will also be emphasized.
