The content includes creating job descriptions, job systems, and 360-degree feedback. You will also explore green business practices, environmental issues, and brand image.

This stage focuses on managing change and organizational improvement. You will learn how to plan work tasks, set goals for business calls, and handle agreements over the phone. The content includes discussing attitudes towards change, describing and implementing changes in the workplace, and addressing issues arising from mergers.
