The content includes online security, organizing explanatory sequences, and handling security breaches. You will also become familiar with financial management and departmental budgeting, the use of "will," and presenting information visually.
This stage focuses on transportation, supply chain management, and order management. You will learn how to handle customer inquiries, use "say" and "tell," and manage cybercrime. The content also includes describing the workplace, health and safety, and using "too" and "enough." You will practice making proposals, recommendations, and negotiating, while also learning about the Hawthorne effect and workplace conflicts.

This stage focuses on reforms and processes within a company. You will learn about global reforms, including ideas and obstacles, and present on your favorite reforms and notable reformers. The content includes how to praise and thank, handle issues and errors, and common business problems. You will practice problem-solving, proposing solutions, and become familiar with recycling processes and energy management.
This stage focuses on performance evaluation and brand building. You will learn about personal qualities, how to assess job performance, and set goals. The content includes creating job descriptions, job systems, and 360-degree feedback. You will also explore green business practices, environmental issues, and brand image.
This stage focuses on managing change and organizational improvement. You will learn how to plan work tasks, set goals for business calls, and handle agreements over the phone. The content includes discussing attitudes towards change, describing and implementing changes in the workplace, and addressing issues arising from mergers. You will also explore company structure, qualities of a successful organization, and collective intelligence in problem-solving.

This stage focuses on advertising and finance, particularly on developing advertising campaigns and managing investments. You will learn how advertising works, from TV commercials to building and starting an effective presentation.
